Answer:

is a loyalty program that offers points for involvement in the Zip.ca Community and Rental Service. Members can redeem their points for free services and upgrades. 

As long as you remain an active member, your points will accumulate.

*Extra shipments take effect as of redemption and are not retroactive. They must be used in your current monthly cycle and will not be carried over into subsequent months. We recommend you redeem for extra shipments when you are approaching your maximum free rentals for the month, but still have 2 or more business days until your next monthly cycle begins. *Not available for Unlimited Plans.

** Gift Memberships (Certificates) and a free month of service on your own account are now available on ALL plans! Please refer to the chart below for the number of points required for the corresponding plan:

How Do I Redeem My ZipReward Points?

To redeem your ZipRewards points:

1. Click here to be redirected to the ZipRewards redeem page, or Login to your account and click on My Account in the top right hand corner, then click on the "Redeem Rewards" link. 

2. A check box will be available in the "Redeem" column if you have accumulated enough points for the corresponding Reward.

3. Select the reward you would like to redeem for and be sure to "Submit"

IMPORTANT: Redeeming for a Gift Membership will require you to complete the creation of the gift membership. Click here for more information. 

Redeeming for a GHI rental requires you to redeem your points first, then when you click on the GHI button of a title you wish to rent, it will appear FREE! Points do not apply to titles already selected as GHI prior to redemption.

What Happens to My ZipRewards if I deactivate?

When you deactivate your account, your ZipReward points will remain on your account for a period of 90 days.

Once your account has been deactivated and all outstanding DVD's have been returned, points for tenure, review rating and review writing may no longer be accumulated, however you will continue to earn points for purchasing DVD's and referrals after an account has been deactivated.

If you Suspend Plan, your ZipReward Points will be here when you get back!

When will ZipRewards I earn be added to my account?

ZipRewards with a monthly maximum are accumulated and added to your account once a month, except ZipReceived and ZipReturn points. ZipReceived and ZipReturn points as well as all other ZipRewards are added the day following the day they were earned.
